I attempted contact with Ms.April Sevenfold about the use of the tagged pictures… here’s how it turned out. (She’ll be the red, and this was all via MySpace Messages.. good times.)
Couple things I'd like to mention, because they need mentioning.
A) Picture credit would be nice if at all possible. If you don't know who took the picture or what not, put a question mark or ask around. Someone out there will know
B) Don't tag pictures that aren't yours. I can't say you didn't take one or maybe even two of these, but I more then highly doubt that the creator of this took all of them.
oookay points taken now I have a couple of things.
1)The people who took those pictures were fans and put them up on the internet. Making them free game. We have no idea who's they belong to and I'm not going to take the time to look.
2)It's a fan site for a very pretty girl, so if you aren't a fan don't say anything.
3)We tagged some of the pictures because we had altered them. In the end we thought it looked stupid and decided to tag them all.
So, please just leave us be. We have our people and we're having fun so leave it at that.

and when you tag the pictures, it looks like you're taking credit for other peoples things. By all means, credit your fan art and all that, but when its just a picture, it looks silly when you credit something thats not yours.
Well if you're a Val fan why are you complaining? Not to come off as a bitch or anything I'm just a tad bit confused.
It has nothing to do with Val. Its to do with taking credit for other peoples pictures. Livejournal has a Valfan community. I'm sure if you post your pictures up there, and ask if anyone knows who to credit for them, they will tell you. And don't tag them, because it looks like you're taking credit for them as I've mentioned before.
Again, this has NOTHING to do with Val herself, just her pictures.
We altered the pictures, and so that we get credit for altering the pictures, we tagged them. When only 4 out of what.. 7? were tagged, it looked dumb, so we just tagged them all. It was also a form of advertising us. Its kind of obvious that we didn't take, all those pictures, considering there are ones of their prom. We don't have enough time to post pictures, and find who took the pictures, when we've both seen the pictures MANY times before. Anyone could take credit for those pictures, and some are press shots.

This is when Vicki spazzes. The combination of being tired, having school work, work and for some reason having every little thing it this god forsaken world piss me off equals Vicki having MUCH road rage. I mean SERIOUSLY!!! The speed limit is 70 and this woman is going under 20!!! WTF?!?!? Can I kill you? I think I have a right!

Oh my friggin god.
Hello this is going to be a short and sweet ranting post.
On GreatestJournal, there is a community thats like a school or university, depending on your characters age. I created a journal specifically for this community did everything in the rules except for this one tiuny detail because I was rushing out the door to get to class, and they spazz and say I can't join the comm, cause I didnt type Dirrty Old man. How fuckin fair is that?! I read the goddamn rules, but then read the rest of the shitass page, which has a billion more things for you to remember. Then, in a rush, I fill out the form, while watching the clock, so I don't miss my bus, which I ended up waitng for 20 minutes in the pouring rain for, but thats another rant. So I leave the comment. THEY DELETE MY COMMENT BECAUSE OF THIS!!!! and then leave me a message saying "obviously you didnt read the rules"...
I READ THE GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING RULES YOU STUPID PIECE OF SHIT!!!
But nooooo I didnt put that old man comment that makes no sense but still makes sense, buit I didnt remember till I read the comment then made another comment extremely bitchy one to tell them I did read the rules and the other kajillion htings that were on the page. Not myt fault they made the font tiny and then put all the crap ass info after. You have websites for these things. Have a CLEAR single page just for that, like mine, and then you'll have more people reading the rules. Goddamn, I wish I could kick whoevers ass I need to kick for this. mmm pissed off and ranting. My fave mood.
On another note, I have a psyc presentation today.. this should be interesting.

I work. It kinda sucks. I get money so thats a yay, but I swear all the guys there hate me... or at least all the male supervisors. They glare and ignore my requests. They suck.
